Owning land is a necessity in TerraPortus. You have the freedom to build anything you want in your land and you can monetize it. Build from your imagination, create your dream home, recreate cities & landmarks, art galleries, restaurants, stores, parks, arcades, clubs, and many, many more.

Regular Land:

Regular land is a great way to experience TerraPortus, you will be able to access all features of the game.

Premium Land:

Premium land is placed in the main city area, you can experience more traffic and exposure from other players because games, events, and establishments are located in the premium area attracting a lot of buzz. This is great if you want to promote/market something, you can take advantage of the location and place a billboard or any other establishment. Land is valued way higher in this area.

Monetize your Land!

There will be a lot of ways to monetize your Land. You can charge an entrance fee for players to enter your Land, launch a virtual business, or even rent out your Land to other players.

Virtual Business

Players can launch a variety of virtual businesses in TerraPortus to earn passively.

One, is a restaurant, since food will be used as power-ups in PvP Battle Game, it will be playing a big role in TerraPortus.

We will be deploying a scarce amount of food production and players can purchase it. With food production, you will be able to produce the necessary ingredients/resources to generate food. You can create a restaurant, sell food for $TPORT and serve the citizens of TerraPortus!

Other ideas include a park, nightclub, art gallery, and many more. Use your creativity to launch unique businesses!

Invest in a business, earn passively.

Players will be able to invest and buy shares in a business in exchange for a portion of the business' revenue. You can invest in nightclubs, restaurants, and more.

Example: Player 1 buys a 10% share for $50. In exchange, the business receives the $50 funding and 10% of the total revenue will be given to Player 1.

Players can also raise money for their proposed business in TerraPortus with this format. More info and details will be announced soon.

Land & Avatar assets

All Land assets have a variety of options and colors. Land & Avatar assets can be bought in 2 ways.

One costs tickets that are earned from the Arcade Games. Winners of Arcade Games are rewarded with tickets. Players can convert those tickets to a free NFT land asset or avatar asset of their choice. There will be some limited edition NFTs and prizes could change so you better hurry up and win!

The assets that cost $TPORT will unlock cooler features, furniture, designs, and items for your Land and Avatar. Some assets may have some benefits and power-ups for enhancements of the game.

All Land assets can be playable and interactable. For Example, an arcade machine or a billiards table can be played among players. Fully customizable and moveable land assets so people can have control over their land assets according to their preference.

Combine your Land

If you are an owner of 2 or more land adjacent to each other, you have an option to merge and form larger land. Creating more space for your imagination.
